2. We aim for Next Day Dispatch (Monday to Friday)
3. We use the Royal Mail- 2nd Class for most orders (Large orders are sent via DPD Next day delivery)
4. We always obtain Proof of Postage
5. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt 

• Product must be in the same condition as was received 
• Item must be posted back, at buyers expense, within 14 days of delivery.
• Returns form must be securely in the parcel
• We can not accept liability for any missing parcels
