Lower front topped with an embroidered tulle, a pale pink satin ribbon is threaded through the tulle and finishes in a centre bow. The side links are gold coloured and decorated with oval crystals in citrine colour.

All purchases are sealed in transparent cellophane and attached to an attractive gift card (see example pic) which is posted in a discrete jiffy bag. A classy delivery.

UK Orders

We know that when you make an online order, you want to get it as soon as possible, so we process your order the same day it′s received, and normally post first class, free of charge, all orders received by 15.00 in a jiffy bag with a printed label. For all UK orders there is no postage charge.

International Orders

For orders placed from outside the UK we use Ebay's Global Shipping Programme. We post the item as above to a central shipping department run by Ebay and they post it on from there. The cost of the international element of the postage is set and collected by ebay and therefore is not refundable in case of a Return.

Holidays

From time to time, we do make use of Ebay's Holiday Settings if we are away and unable to fulfil an order immediately. This settng displays the date you can expect your order to be despatched. If you cannot see such a decsription, then you can be confident the item will be despatched asap !

We gladly and proudly accept Paypal as our preferred payment method. Paypal is a secure and convenient way to pay.

Paypal offers you the highest number of payment options ­ you can pay by debit card, credit card, or your existing balance. If a refund should be necessary, Paypal offers a seamiess service with e-bay and monies are returned to your Paypal account or the credit or debit card used for the original transaction.

At Elite Sale Lingerie we want you to be 100% satisfied with every aspect of your order. We understand that for whatever reason you may wish to return your order and we therefore offer a 30 day full refund policy. Customers can return items to us for a refund or an exchange. Returned items must be received within 30 days from dispatch - this does not affect your statutory rights.
Before returning your item please ensure you have read the below return terms & conditions;
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with any tags still attached.
- Your original invoice MUST be included as we cannot process returns without this.
- All composite items that were included at the point of sale must be included in the return. For example, stockings, gloves, thongs etc. If composite items are missing a deduction from the refund total will be made.
- We cannot accept returns on thongs, knickers or hosiery. (This does not apply to lingerie or burlesque sets that include these items).
- Please request a return using the eBay managed returns centre. This can be accessed via Purchase History > Choose Item for Return > More Actions > Request to Return Item. Once a request is received, this is reviewed and then approved by us and the full returns information sent to you.
- If you wish to exchange we kindly request all buyers to follow the same steps as above to return the original item to us for a full refund. Buyers can then purchase the exchange item separately.
