Hard to find deco-style Tissot oversize men's wristwatch.  The movement is a signed Tissot caliber 27, which was the company's standard workhorse movement.  The watch runs but not keeping accurate time and needs cleaning and servicing.  The movement's serial number is 996207 which dates the watch to 1939. 

The dial is super clean all original and untouched. Exploding gold painted Roman numerals around the outside edge of the dial. Signed "Tissot Antimagnetique" and "Swiss Made."  The oversized sub-second register is at the 6 o'clock position. Gold painted leaf shaped main hands.

The case is base chromed metal and shows wear. Stainless steel snap back lid is also signed Tissot.   The crystal has a crack in it and needs replacement. The lugs will take an 18mm band.  The case measures a hefty 35mm across excluding the crown.
