They both have the original inspection papers in their pockets. The shirt is Chambray, blue and has the contract # N140-62236s-495968. Is a size 16. The dungarees are a dark blue with pockets on the side and very wide all the way down to the cuff. Have the contract # N140-62236s-27706B. are a size 40 and measure approx., inseam 31", waist to cuff 46" and waist 19". I did a little research and found the N140 was the New York purchasing office and dates to at least 1941 if not earlier and used after WW2.(U.S. Militaria Forum, U.S. Navy Contracts)  This pair came from a gentleman in CT. who was in WW2. I don't know how long he served or his name. The buttons on the shirt I believe are plastic and the fly buttons are metal. If you have any info on this set please feel free to let me know. Hopefully the pictures will help. Please feel free to ask questions. Thanks for looking and good luck. Shipping is free in the U.S. only.
