For any reason, if you are not satisfied with our product, you may return your order within 10 days from the date of shipment received. The item must be returned in its original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable and Buyer pays the return shipping. If an item is damaged it can’t be refunded.  Most of our stones are natural except some are lab created with natural materials, if you have any query please contact us before placing a bid.

You will receive the same piece as in picture. We try our best to give you true representation of the items, but sometimes because of enlarging the photo to show the natural beauty of the items or because of different settings of computer monitors, there might be slight variations in colors.

Please note that there May be slight changes in all stones in shade and texture in the actual product that you receive as these are made from natural gemstones. Stone quality or grade will be same.

We ship worldwide and ship to your PayPal confirmed address. So please ensure ,you have the correct address during checkout.

 

We will not be able to make any changes to shipping details once order is process. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping price. These charges are to be borne by the buyers.
