Cinnamon Boutique was launched as a pilot project in 2015 when it’s founders noticed a lack of high quality, Indian inspired fashion jewellery. We started studying the market over 2 years ago by conducting extensive market research prior to inauguration. We explored bridal Jewelleries including kundan, poliki set, South Indian Temple Jewelleries to handmade jewelleries like Meenakari, Terracotta, Thread Bangles and Paper based jewelleries.

 

We started off with 8 pieces of jewelleries marketing them on Facebook and placing them on ebay for sales. We have come a long way since then by adding womenswear and reaching key milestones regularly. We have exhibited our product at events and fair to explore the market and the response has been mind blowing and very satisfying.

Delivery

All our products once purchased will be dispatched within 3 working days once the payment has been clear. All products are sent through 2nd Class Royal Mail Signed for hence the couriers will require your signature to ensure safe receipt of goods. If you require a product urgently please contact us prior to placing your order.

 

Product Prices

We always try to make sure that the prices on Cinnamon Boutique are accurate but occasionally errors or price changes may occur.

 

We reserve the right at any time to revise prices to account for any increases in costs including the increase or imposition of any duty, tax, levy or exchange rate variation.

 

Cancellation of Orders and Refund

We know you will enjoy receiving your order every bit as much as we have enjoyed sending your carefully chosen items. If in the rare chance you receive your order and it is not of satisfactory quality or as described, we offer you the peace of mind of returning any stock item or order purchased from us for a refund or exchange within14 days of purchase. This however does not apply to the following products for hygiene reasons – earrings,bindis, nose and hair ornaments or accessories. We request that you follow the steps below for a smooth and efficient return.

Please ensure that the returned goods are in saleable condition and returned in its original packaging with the security/barcode tag intact and attached securely to the product. "Saleable" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. 

Please remember that it will be your responsibility that the items arrive back safely, therefore we recommend that for a secure delivery the best method is by using Royal Mail Special Delivery service and insured for the value of the goods. We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to goods in transit and unfortunately, no refunds will be allowed for goods returned in a damaged or otherwise un-saleable condition.

Shipping and insurance costs are not refundable. The cost of return postage to Cinnamon Boutique for the goods and the gift item would be customers’ responsibility and must be returned in its original packaging, in a sellable condition and the returns policy would apply. Any damage to the goods or the gift item would not be accepted for refund and will be returned to the customer upon Cinnamon Boutique receiving the cost of return postage to cover the cost of returning the goods to the customer.

All refunds will be processed within 10 - 30 days upon receipt of goods.

If the item has been shipped, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to us. When returning a cancelled order, you must ship via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number. If the item is lost or destroyed in transit, you will be charged for the item. 

For items cancelled after they are shipped, your account will not be credited, until we receive the returned item. Cancelled orders, that have been shipped, must be returned unopened.

All refunds will be processed within 14 days upon receipt of goods if:

The item(s) you receive has a manufacturing defect, we may provide you with a refund, exchange or a credit note for the same amount.

Please note that we cannot exchange or refund pierced stud earrings for hygiene reasons.

Please note that we are not liable for the cost for delivering items back to us.

When sending items back, please enclose a covering letter and include your order confirmation email with the package.

Jewellery care

Keep Jewellery away from direct heat, water, perfumes, deodorants and other strong chemicals as they may react with the metal or plating.

The plating composition of Jewellery is as such that perspiration (sweat) will not damage it. Wipe Jewellery gently with chamois cloth or leather swatch after every use. Wiping the jewellery with a soft cloth after removing the jewellery would add to its life.

We aim to deal with any complaints in a fair, confidential, swift and effective way.  Please contact us if you have any issues prior to leaving negative feedback. We try our best to resolve any issues within 48hours.
