This auction is for a very rare classic vintage Garcia Mitchell Model 508 UL Special "Split Foot" Spinning Reel and matching Garcia 2585 Rod that are both only gently used but Highly Collectible. This Garcia Mitchell 508 UL reel was made in France and has serial # 135855 on the reel foot.  ( See Photos )

Model 508 UL Split Foot Spinning Reel ...  is in only gently used condition cosmetically; exceptional condition mechanically ( recently checked and re-lubed by a local reel shop), Ultra Light Action, Navy Blue Finish, Nice Chrome, Serial Number 135855.  ( See Photos. )

Model 2585 Split Foot Spinning Rod ...      is in only gently used condition cosmetically; nice cork, handle hardware, line guides, guide wrap, ferrules, maroon and cream paint, partial label not legible... ( see photo 10 ) Light Action, 5'6" two piece rod, Fast Taper, 1/8-1/2 oz lure, 2-6 lb line.  (See Photos.)
