Warranty
Arcas Technology offers a 90-day warranty on this item. If you have any problems with our products, we will replace the defective item or refund your money. We strive for 100% positive feedback. If you ever have a problem with one of our items, please give us the opportunity to fix the issue before leaving feedback. Any licensing requirements are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping
We are offering free flat rate shipping via Fedex ground for US customers. For international shipping, Fedex economy service is our standard service but we can ship USPS also. International buyers are responsible for any taxes and duties they may incur. All items are professionally boxed and shipped within 24 hours. Most orders received by 2pm Central time will ship the same day. Expedited shipping services offered via Fedex overnight, two day and saver. Please call or email for a price quote.
Returns
If for some reason you want to return the item you purchased, please call for a RMA number and we ask that you pay for the return shipping. Any new items must be returned in the original package with all accessories included. Please double box to prevent the box from being damaged. All items must be returned complete with all accessories and in the same condition it was shipped out in. Once we receive the item(s) back, we will inspect and issue a refund within 48 hours.

Please call 877-220-8830 ext 9994 with questions or send an email through ebay. We are a business so we are not open on weekends for shipping. Any items purchased over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the following non-holiday business day.
Buy Backs - If you have equipment you want to sell, please email me a list of what you have and I will get back to you with an offer.
Repair services – If you have Cisco phones in need of repair or refurbishing services, please let me know and I will get you a repair quote. All repairs have a 1-year warranty and phones are generally received, repaired and sent back out within 7-10 business days.
