Free Returns in Store For UK Customers Only
If a customer wish to return the online purchased item in store, they may do so for free of cost. All they need is the item in their original packaging and original invoice. Please be informed that the refunds or exchange will not be issued in the store. Refunds will be made online and for exchange please download the form below and submit with the items in the store. Do not forget to take a returns receipt from the store as a proof of return.

Return Period
If you are not satisfied with your item. You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Who Will Pay For the Return/Exchange Cost
Please note all returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
If you do decide that you want a refund or exchange all we ask is that you return the item with the enclosed returns form.
We will inspect all returned goods and ask that you return the item in its original condition. If the item is damaged or soiled we may not be able to accept the return.

How many days it will take to issue a Refund
A refund will be issued within 14-21 working days once we have received the item.
We will refund the amount on to the original card from which the payment was made.

Faulty items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team, with your order number, name and address, reason for returning the item and whether you would like us to issue you a refund or an exchange.
If we are unable to exchange the item we will inform you via email.
