International Bidders: 

For many nations, USPS will have tracking only as far as the US border.  Customs number will be assigned though.   I will wait until I am sure your order is delivered before leaving feedback…….which usually means when you TELL ME.

 I can send discs and papers WITHOUT CASES somewhat cheaper as a first-class ENVELOPE using stamps instead of the PACKAGE as supported by ebay.labeling.  Email me for a quote if interested.

 Either way, customs form will report actual selling price.

Combined Shipping: If you order more than one CD or DVD, I offer to combine shipping, each SINGLE disc with its case etc adds $1.50 to shipping cost to USA address.  You must pay for all in one payment to get full discount, so wait for combined invoice. 

 Combining with other items, or multi-disc packs, email me your list (item numbers please!) and your postal code for a quote. 

 Combined discount also available for international buyers, email item list and location for a quotation.

Payment Details:  Only Paypal is authorized without special permission.  Please, Payment is expected within 3 days. If you need longer, please email telling me why and when you will pay.  Usually I will accommodate but it is MY DECISION.

Fulfillment:

I almost always mail orders the same or next day after payment.  After that, it is out of my control.  Usually you can follow its progress in the tracking info on your ebay purchases page, but it may not be scanned at every step along the way (and occasionally NOT AT ALL!).   If not received in a reasonable time, LET ME KNOW.  

Shipping Calculator: The price you see for shipping is just the first from the list of options I provide, to your location.  Click on “shipping” tab to see all that are available; the same options will be provided when it is time to pay.  

Errors in Listing:

Sorry, but they can happen.  I sometimes include information left over from earlier listing, wrong pictures, typos in description, price, or shipping calculation.  So if something looks wrong, PLEASE email asking me.  I will correct errors promptly if possible.. 

Complaints Department: If there is a problem with your purchase, you should let me know within three or four days of receiving it.  Please be as specific as possible, and give me a couple of days to get back to you with my proposed solution.  Note: Posting the problem as FEEDBACK is not what I mean. 

 If you email about a problem, please use "other" as the subject.  That avoids opening an ebay “case”; you can do that later if necessary.

Changing Your Address:

PLEASE -- if necessary, change your address BEFORE PAYING.  It may make a difference in the cost, plus it will assure that I get the correct information before buying and printing a shipping label.
