Shipping Policy

All items are securely packaged with professional packaging materials. Fragile items are sealed in plastic, packed with styrofoam padding and packed in heavy duty double wall cardboard boxes. Most domestic items will ship FedEx Ground. Items weighing less than 3 pounds will either ship FedEx SmartPost or USPS First Class Mail. All items are shipped with full value insurance coverage. Items will ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. Shipment tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Items over $200 in value ship with 'Direct Signature' required, in order to prevent lost or stolen packages. See chart below for estimated FedEx Ground shipment times to the lower 48 states. Local pickup is available for all items, please contact us to arrange pickup, see contact info below. Domestic shipping rates apply to the lower 48 states only.

Our international customers make up a large part of our business and are very important to us. We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to find the gear you need and we do our best to get you that gear and at a reasonable price for both the item and the shipping cost. All items are shipped USPS Priority or Express Mail International unless the item is over the USPS size/weight limit, in which case the item will usually ship DHL. Please use the eBay shipping calculator to estimate the shipping cost. If the shipping cost cannot be determined with the eBay shipping calculator, please contact us and we will provide you with a shipping quote. Be sure to provide your city and postal code or we will not be able to provide a shipping quote.  

Attention Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska Residents:  Domestic shipping rates, including free shipping, apply to the lower 48 states only. Please do not pay for the item until you receive an invoice from us with the correct shipping rate.

Attention international bidders: Please use the eBay shipping calculator for shipping cost. Please read the International Shipping section below. Please do not bid on the item unless you fully understand and agree with the shipping terms and cost. If you cannot determine the shipping cost with the eBay shipping calculator, please contact us and we will provide you with a shipping quote. Be sure to provide your city and postal code or we will not be able to provide a shipping quote.

Please read and agree to the shipping terms below before purchasing:

• Buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees associated with the item.
• We will not list a lower item value in order to reduce taxes/duty fees.
• When submitting payment please include a current phone number to avoid any shipping delays. The shipping carrier may need to contact you to arrange for delivery of your package.
• If you choose to return the item we are unable to refund duties taxes or any related fees. Buyer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and the shipping cost to ship the item back to us, see Return Policy below.
• All shipments to include full value insurance.
• We are not responsible for shipment delays by the shipping carrier.

Payment Policy

PayPal or cash payment with local pickup are our only accepted forms of payment. Credit cards can be used with a PayPal account. Payment is expected immediately after purchase. Per eBay policy, if after 2 days payment is not received, an 'Unpaid Item Dispute' will be filed with eBay and the transaction will be terminated. If you have any questions regarding payment feel free to contact us through he ebay messaging utility. California residents are subject to 7.25% sales tax. Items do not ship until payment is received in full, no exceptions.

Returns Policy

Our highest priority is that you be happy with your purchase. Please contact us if you have any issues with your purchase and we will resolve the issue immediately. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase within the first 14 days you may return your item and receive a full refund minus a 10% re-stocking fee and the original shipping cost. Items must be in original condition, with original packaging, contents, and documentation. Buyer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and the shipping cost to ship the item back to us. If there is an issue with an item, the item can be returned and all re-stocking fees/shipping costs will be waived. 14 days after receipt of item, all sales are final.
