Made by Green Tea, this shrug is a great find! It is Navy Blue colored and is meant to be worn open (no buttons or closures). It has long sleeves with thumb holes and pockets! Very cute!!!  It has lots of stretch for added comfort!  Perfect to wear on cold winter days! Made of  55% Cotton, 40% Modal and 5% Spandex for the perfect fit!
