The bag features two rolled leather top handles with brass ring links, chain and lock decor fob, and a dual snap closure. This opens to a satin fabric interior with room for your daily needs. An optional shoulder strap with gold tone clips is included for cross body style wear. You can easily transfer from rolled handles, to the "hands free" cross body wear whenever the need arises. SHIPPING

We will ship items within Three to Five days of receiving payment via USPS Parcel Select or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified in your order to ship via Priority Mail. Signature is required on most shipments.

Delivery times are based on business days, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). We will ONLY ship to authorized/confirmed PayPal addresses. If you plan to have an item sent to a different address than usual, make sure to get the address confirmed in PayPal and direct Paypal to ship it to that address when you make payment.

Expedited shipping is available for an extra cost. We CANNOT calculate expedited shipping until items are paid for and weighed. Expedited shipping charges are billed separately and are 100% nonrefundable.

 Delivery confirmation tracking number will be emailed to you, once your order has been shipped and is viewable via the Ebay report for the item purchased.

RETURNS

We have a no return policy. Make sure that you are serious about the purchase and have read all details about the item, viewed all photos and plan to commit to the contract of Sale.

We post Ten  to Thirty detailed photographs of the item including a description of defects/condition. No item is not as described based on the photos and description combined. We use recent photos and and the photos come directly from my camera without modification. If you think you have a valid exception, please let us know via Ebay messages.

Be aware that Internet photo colors vary by PC, phone, etc. . If you are seeking a specific color handbag, then we recommend that you consider a retail brick and mortar store to make your color match purchase.

All measurements are approximate and may vary by as much as .75 inches. If there is a conflict on size information, contact us for clarification. We also usually include a photo of a person, model or mannequin carrying the handbag – so proportion can be seen.

Most of the bags are odor free to our noses, or we will have it professionally cleaned before listing it. If there is an odor that has not been resolved, we will mention it in the description.

I am a hardworking honest seller and cannot afford to pay for returns. Please understand and make sure you are ready to commit to the purchase as a permanent contract of sale.

WE DO ACCEPT RETURNS IF THE DESIGNER BAG IS FOUND NOT TO BE AUTHENTIC. In those cases we require an opinion in writing from a professional authenticator OR the opinion of the primary authenticator for the particular designer at The Purse Forum. This will never happen by the way...all items are authentic.
