Very RARE Item.....

While this item is new, never opened, when I received it, I saw that Mickey Mouse himself, had come loose from the position he should be in when inside this tank. HE IS NOT BROKEN. He needs to be STRATEGICALLY "RE-PLACED" back onto his mounted area. 

I strongly believe this is a possibility with someone who has the knowledge of taking things apart, using tweezers, etc. There is a little notch at the end of the item that Mickey is holding in his hand. Mickey needs to be lifted off the bottom of the tank where he's fallen, and re-placed back into the slit on the base so that he returns to his original upright, face down-flippers up, original position. 

Also, as you can see...the packaging is a mess. It appears to be ink but it is completely and totally dry and has no effect on the toy whatsoever. 

If you are not handy, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. I've gotten tired of waiting for my Husband to fix it and so, off it goes!
