My return policy is simple: 1.) There's a MAJOR flaw that was undisclosed 2.) Contact me w/in 24 hours of receipt of item 3.) Have the item shipped back to me (you will have to shoulder the shipping cost) 4.) I'll send back the cost of the item through bank deposit or G-cash (sorry shipping fee not included).
