SHIPPING

Upon placing your order , we will process your order within 1 business day some colours may require up to 3 business days depending on availability of tinters required. All items will be shipped to your ebay listed address. All aerosols will be delivered via road freght and take between 3-9 days to arrive to your destination. All Road freight items are sent via registered post.

All pens and brush bottles are delivered by regular freight and take 3- 5 days.

Although AUSWIDE Auto Paints take great care to reproduce the colours made upon order, we can not guarantee the colours will be identical to your vehicle or motorbike as vehicles may have been resprayed in the past and can vary in shade. Paint colours are affected by many factors, including lighting, age, type of finish, type of substrate and adjacent colours. Some colours may require more than one coat for complete coverage. If final colour appearance and colour matches are critical, paint should be tested on the actual surface before full application. For the most accurate colour match please supply all vehicle details including make , model, year of make and paint code as listed on your vehicle ID plate.

Purchasing terms - Upon purchase you will receive paint code as per listing title. Please check that your vehicle paint code is the same in the vehicle plate and not in the log books as car code can be different to code listed in your book. 


Colour Accuracy - There may be a colour difference in shade due to age, sun fade,  previous repairs or the way it Is applied. This is normal as this is touch up paint to cover scratches and chips , it’s impossible to make them disappear 100%.  


Pearl Colours - Pearl colours require a base so unless you are purchasing a kit that includes base , colour and clear , you will also need to purchase the base and clear separate. 

Check to see you colour is a pearl or please ask us to confirm before purchasing.  If you a purchasing a pearl base you will receive the base colour and not the actual cars colour as base is the layer applied before the pearl / Metallic colour. So please be sure to choose correct item if there is a drop down menu.  Colours on screen may vary due to computer monitor lighting.
