Returns:
Please keep your box, packaging and all contents.
If an item seems defective please contact the respective manufacturer first for tech support, most items can be brought to proper working condition with the correct technical guidance.
Factory defective items and or shipping damage is rare, however it can happen in any industry.
If the item is deemed defective please contact us within 14 days.
Tell us the problem, your ebay name and we will gladly issue an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) for an EXCHANGE of the same item.
After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer technical support.
The client must return the item to us; we will cover the cost to send a replacement.
