Typed letter signed, one page - on a postcard, 5,75 x 4 inch, Küsnacht (Zürich), 11.VI.1932, in German, reply letter to Dr. W(olfgang) Kranefeld, Jung thanks his correspondent for the copy of their excellent essay about "Ewige Analyse" (Eternal Analyses) and remarks `The Wharton family is a difficult subject. You also have to talk to the woman occasionally` (translated) - in a postscript Jung further states `an objective response to Paneth`s would be appropriate. I have not read it but can accept the idea that he must be stupid` (translated), signed in black ink "Ihr Jung", with a mild diagonal bend to the left top edge, and mild signs of wear to the corner tips - in fine to very fine condition.

Wolfgang Müller Kranefeld (1892-1950) was a German Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist. Closely associated with Jung, Kranefeldt was regarded as his `leading pupil in Germany` and was also analised by Jung. Friedrich Adolph Paneth (1887-1958) was an Austrian Chemist and professor in various German universities from 1919-1933.
