HOW TO WASH: Before Initial use: Wipe down Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer with a damp cloth. Use a clean cloth to dry off Waist Trimmer or air-dry overnight. After Exercise: Lather a damp cloth with soap and run down inside of Waist Trimmer several times. Then, rinse the cloth and wipe down again until there are soapy streaks left. Use a clean cloth to dry or air-dry overnight.

DIRECTIONS:

Before Exercise apply Sweet Sweat, coating desired areas without rubbing into the skin. Sweet Sweat can be used under workout clothing, in an infrared or dry sauna, and also whole swimming. To Remove Sweet Sweat simply towel off excess Sweat and shower using warm water and soap. If a large amount of Sweat gets onto clothing use a pre-wash before normal washing.

Important Note: Using Sweet Sweat over any Topical Cream or Lotion will inhibit results. Keep out of direct sunlight. Product may Liquefy at temperatures above 95F. If this occurs place in refrigerator until product hardens.
