How quickly an item arrives overseas depends on the shipping method you selected during checkout.

If you selected First Class Mail International then you may have to wait for a period of 10 days to as long as 4 weeks or even more in extreme cases. If you selected USPS Priority Mail International then shipping will take roughly 1-3 weeks depending on customs.

We use USPS to ship to APO and FPO addresses. APO and FPO addresses are charged the same shipping rate as the lower 48 states. How Do I Make a Return?

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please email us before you decide to make a return so we can provide you with the proper address for the return facility.

Which Items Are Non-Returnable?

We cannot accept returns on items that have been washed or where the tags have been taken off. Boots must be returned in their original box. Swimsuits and underwear cannot be returned due to various state or federal laws.
