Longines 18k yellow gold open face doctor's chronograph pocket watch with pulsations, case no. 2477XXX, circa 1920s. The 54mm case has a hinged gold cuvette engraved with "5 Grands Prix -Paris- Anvers-Paris- Milan" and exhibition medals.
The white enamel dial is in perfect condition features bold painted Roman numerals, outer tracks for minutes and red pulsometer scale, sunken subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, Gold hands. The movement is caliber 19.73N, 17 jewels
