Shipping Policy
UK Orders
We know that when you make an online order, you want to get it as soon as possible, so we process your order the same day it’s received, and normally post first class, free of charge, all orders received by 15.00 in a jiffy bag with a printed label.
International Orders
For orders placed from outside the UK we use Ebay's Global Shipping Programme. We post the item as above to a central shipping department run by Ebay and they post it on from there. The cost of the international element of the postage is set and collected by ebay and therefore is not refundable in case of a Return.
Holidays
From time to time, we do make use of Ebay's Holiday Settings if we are away and unable to fulfil an order immediately. This settng displays the date you can expect your order to be despatched. If you cannot see such a description, then you can be confident the item will be despatched asap !

Returns Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our items returns are not accepted unless there is an error in the listing description or the item is faulty. Therefore, please ensure you have ordered the correct size and fit - this does not affect your statutory rights.
If there is a fault with the garment or there is a mistake in the description, please request a return using the eBay managed returns centre. This can be accessed via Purchase History > Choose Item for Return > More Actions > Request to Return Item. Once a request is received, this is reviewed and and the full returns information sent to you.
