This is a really sweet black dance fan - very nicely designed with silver sequins and spangles.  The faux tortoiseshell sticks and guards have silver cloute and the sticks and leaf are in excellent condition.  The leaf on the left side is pulling away from the slips and just needs to be reinforced again.  The lining in the back is pulling away from the left guard.  There is a faux tortoiseshell loop and washers.  The measurements are - 7" long by 13-1/2" wide when open.  Beautiful!
