Shipping:

Please Note: We only Ship Monday Thru Friday!!! Any sales during the weekend will be shipped on Mondays under most circumstances. Items listed as free shipping on smaller items will be shipped regular USPS Mail rates. Tracking numbers for small items with free shipping are not available. If you want a tracking number for your purchase that offers free shipping, PLEASE ADD $2.50 to cover the added cost.

All items will be shipped USPS unless otherwise stated. We hold the right to change the method of shipment depended on the weight and destination of the product. Tracking numbers will be provided 1 day after the item has shipped. Handling time is up to 2 business days. If you have purchased multiple items from us, they may be shipped in the same box to ensure a quick delivery. We do not ship to the UK, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Best Offers and Bidding:

We accept about 75% of all offers on our listings but, Our offices are closed on weekends. Please keep that in mind when making an offer on any products we have listed. We do not see those offers until Monday mornings with many of them expired after 48 hour limit, before we have a chance to respond to them. If you make an offer at the end of the week, please do it on a Saturday afternoon.

Warranty:

All item carry manufacture warranty unless stated otherwise. All used equipment carries no warranty unless stated otherwise by US itek in the auction details. There are no returns on item without warranty, certain exceptions are made but we hold the right to deny certain claims.

Payment:

Payment is required on all items immediately following a Buy it now Auction. If we accept your Best Offer, we require payment in 5 business days following the accepted offer. NYS buyers are subject to 8.75% sales tax.
