All items are shipped within 3-5 business days of processing your cleared payment.  No Exceptions.  All Shipments to HI and AK must be shipped thru USPS PRIORITY.

Note: The CAT brand shoes CAN NOT be exported outside of USA. These will only be sold to USA buyers and shipped to USA street addresses. We don't ship Redhawk brand shoes to P O Boxes.

We have a 14 day return policy refunding the Product Price Only for returns of all our products. Returns must be unworn with all of the original packaging included. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. International orders may not be returned. For Exchanges there will be a $14.99 reshipping fee charge. PLEASE DO NOT PUT SHIPPING LABELS/STICKERS OR POST OFFICE TAPE ON THE SHOE BOX. THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL $5 CHARGE IF THE SHOE BOX IS TAPED OVER.
