Both men & women wore these as a major status symbol. This belonged to one owner who is now in her 80's who moved & greatly downsized. I was told this was made in Minsk Siberia, Russia. It was properly stored in warm months in cold storage. It is not musty, it is clean with no foul odors. I saw no flaws or wear however please inspect photos in case I missed a detail. Has original front closure, has never been repaired, is in original condition. this is a series of 3 mink animals. I feel it is a stunning specimen from this time period ~ a real gem.
