OBJECT// Antique fine & very large carved Imperial yellow peking glass table Snuff bottle, the piece is of fine and impressive proportions, the colour is highly important in Chinese tradition and culture, it the Qing dynasty this colour was adopted by the imperial court, large bold Jade and slice glass stopper, well hollowed, good raised base foot rim, wonderful form and style, dating from the Qing Dynasty, the whole piece has a wonderful quality to it, what i would expect from quality Chinese art, very fine colour and patina, serious collectors item. The Pieces this week came from a private estate, the pieces with the labels are from a old English collection, the collector was purchasing in the 1950/60s, purchased direct from his descendants.
