RETURNS POLICY; Any returns need to be notified within 14 days of receipt (there are no returns on live foods).
If an item is broken/damaged in any way then the return postage will be covered by ourselves once the item has been received and inspected. You may then either have a replacement if one is available or a full re-fund. If an item is not damaged/faulty, the return postage is paid by the customer.
