The Set Up

Penny’s 22” glow in the dark Galactic Glow complete is set up to please. Ride on the cool kid wavelength Charge the glow deck and surprise your people with this insanely cool purpleish glow board. Using Penny’s secret plastic formula and a little glow additive, the deck is designed to perform with the right amount of strength and flex for the best ride anytime.

Wheels and Bearings

The wheels may look transparent during the day but at night the wheels turn blue! 59mm 83A wheels and quality Abec 7 bearings allow the smoothest of rides, let the wheels of this board get you to where you need to be safe and fast! Made from high quality, chip-resistant formula, these wheels are designed to last and will keep you sliding and slipping all around town.

Trucks and Cushions

Classic black coated trucks complete the trippy theme of this Penny board. The high-quality aluminium construction of Penny trucks keeps your ride light and strong, while the cushions make sure you're ready to carve. Tighten them or loosen them to suit your riding style.

Shipping Policy:

  • Once we shipped the package to the address that the BUYER registered on eBay/PayPal, but returned back to us due to varies reasons:

We have to charge the BUYER AGAIN ON THE SHIPPING FEE for shipping the package to the BUYER again. Or the BUYER can use his/her own shipping carrier AND Shipping Postage fees are NOT refundable.

International Shipping Policy:

  • Customers are fully responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by their country for the purchase of our item. Please note that these fees are to be paid by you to your local government agencies and can be significant. The customer is responsible for checking with his/her local government officials for specific rates 
  • Shipping by First-Class Mail or Priority Mail (May takes UP TO 2-4 weeks) MAY NOT have tracking information updated via USPS. We will proof the package was ship and drop to the Post Office and we do have "SHIP COVER INSURANCE" From eBay when the package was lost. Shipping Postage fees are not refundable.
  • We also have Express Shipping (cover Insurance, Tracking Info and Refund Postage when package lost) for all International buyers to choose if you are unsatisfied shipping by First-Class or Priority Mail. Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted if the order you receive is NOT as described. Refund will usually be done within 5 days after receiving return items. All shipping postage fees are not refundable. (Excluding free shipping items).
