Item Condition

Discs/Cassettes & inserts are graded as follows:

New - Sealed and unplayed.

Like New - Played or unplayed (not sealed) and in perfect order with no marks.

Very Good – May have some minor marks but plays perfectly. May have a slight amount of wear on the cover.

Good - Has some scratches and/or marks, plays perfectly. Cover may show some wear or tear.

Plastic cases are generally as photos, but I reserve the right to change them if any damage is found to the case prior to despatch.

Packaging

Items are generally packed in padded envelopes to reduce the risk of damage in the post, however if you require items packaged differently then please let me know and I will quote accordingly.

Postage

UK postage quoted but happy to quote for international, so please contact me for agreement prior to bidding.

If postage is quoted on an item I can offer combined postage discount for multiple purchases of CD’s, as long as they are all purchased at the same time and the discount is agreed prior to final payment being made.

Payment

Payment is required through PayPal only and required within 7 days as I like to despatch quickly. If you are having problems with making payment please let me know, as it is good to talk.

Despatch

I aim to despatch the first working day following receipt of payment, therefore the sooner you pay the sooner the item will arrive. I do occasionally travel for work so will communicate any potential delays in dispatching, however this should be no more than one or two days.

Returns

I do generally accept returns, but at the buyers expense and as long as they are received in the same state sent. Credit is made on receipt of checked items.

Questions

Questions are always welcome and I will always aim to respond as quickly as possible but please remember it is always best for both of us to communicate directly together rather than placing comments on feedback or raising complaints.
