We only accept PayPal Bank  / bank transfer and credit card payments on all our sales on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal. 

UK SHIPPING

For UK mainland purchases shipping is free of charge. We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 48 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). Items purchased over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday. All items are shipped on a next working day service.

EU SHIPPING
For most EU mainland locations shipping is free of charge. We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 48 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). Items purchased over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday. All items are shipped on a standard international fully insured UPS service.

This covers mainland Europe only and not offshore locations that cannot be accessed directly by road

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us you may return it within 30 days of recepit of goods for a 100% refund of your purchase price. Refunds will be processed within 7 days and will be returned by the method that the original payment was made. Please not we do record all serial numbers of parts shipped and and reconcile this against parts shipped back

Macrefresh Ltd will endevour to provide telephone, email or remote technical assistance if necessary via a high-speed internet connection using secure remote help software on working business days (Monday to Friday 9.00am till 5.00pm) whilst the warranty is valid.

 

· Hardware related issues for the purchased system or parts

We are a UK VAT registered Company and all our prices include 20% Vat.  We supply full invoices with VAT shown separately.  Invoices are emailed within 48 hours of delivery to the email address supplied when purchased or to the email address supplied by PayPal.  If you do not receive this then please contact us and our customer service team will check details and resend.

If you are located in Europe within the EU and you have a VAT number then we can deduct the amount of VAT before payment.  Please supply your number to us and once verified we will send you the correct amount for payment.  To check your number is showing on the VAT information exchange system please go to http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/

 

If you are located outside of the EU then we can deduct the VAT amount before payment and we can ship to you outside of the EU.
