History/background
We have been eBay buyers since February 2002 and eBay sellers since September 2010.
Payment policy
PayPal is our only accepted payment method, and we will not consider accepting alternative forms of payment. The winner of the auction is expected to pay for his/her item immediately after the auction has ended so that we can mail the item to the buyer as soon as possible. If payment is not received within four days after the auction has ended, a case will be opened against the buyer through eBay. If payment is still not received after eight days, the buyer will not be able to purchase the item and the item will be re-listed.
Shipping information
The day after we receive payment, the item will be prepared to be shipped. On the second day after payment is received, the item will be mailed out. We only use the United States Postal Service to mail our items, and a tracking number is always included with our packages. We use eBay's Global Shipping Program for international sales.
Return policy
The buyer has thirty days after receiving an item to contact us and ask to return the item. We will only accept returns if the item was described or listed incorrectly. In such a case, we will give a full refund through PayPal after the item is mailed back to us. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Potential buyers should feel free to contact us through eBay with any questions that they may have concerning our items that are for sale. Please do not hesitate to submit a best offer for any of our items as well. All offers will be considered. We check our eBay messages throughout the day in order to respond quickly to questions from the eBay community.
Feedback policy
We ask our buyers to leave us positive feedback as well as five star detailed seller ratings for all four categories after they receive their items. We will then leave positive feedback for them in return. If a buyer is not pleased with his/her purchase, then we ask that we are contacted before feedback is left in order for us to correct any problems with the purchase.
