All items are dispatched via Royal Mail’s “Signed for” and “Special delivery” services and will require a signature upon arrival. Larger framed items, are dispatched via courier service and will also require a signature upon arrival. When your order has been dispatched you will receive a reference code as proof of delivery. We accept returns and will provide a full refund for any item, if the item is returned to us within 30 days of it being received (buyer pays postage costs). Due to the nature of signing sessions, the signature size and position of your item may differ slightly to the stock photographs shown.
