Please remember that all refurbished computers are not the same and definitely not new. Expect some type of wear from either being taken out of the box for audit checks and condition or from work being done to it (if applicable) by the manufacturer or manufacturer approved refurbishers. Note: We are able to sell computers much cheaper because of this, not that there is anything wrong with them, as you would have with a car that is known to be a LEMON for instance. Our products may contain some type of scratch, dent, or chip (if applicable will be addressed in the listing or pictures will be shown of the overall computer) but will not affect functionality, and is 100% fully functional guaranteed. Our computers are not new unless otherwise specified, and the buyer should do their due diligence when researching. Our computers are refurbished by either the manufacturer or manufacture approved vendor. On occasion a driver may not be installed or a cosmetic blemish may be accidentally overlooked. Our Computers may come with either original software or loaded manually with an OS and drivers; a restore option is also included. Setup time, configuration, and driver downloads and the like may be part of the process when you purchase a computer from us and it is delivered to you. We can help you with finding drivers and solutions, but please expect this. We hope this helps you understand why we have low prices!

Seller reserves the right to cancel the bid from BRAND NEW buyers and buyers have negative feed-backs due to non-paid transaction, with no sufficient feedbacks, with invalid phone number, or no response to messages/phone calls.

PO Box and APO/FPO
Sorry, because of eBay policies, we do not ship computer or products over $250 to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. Paypal requires signatures and PO Box and APO/FPO does not allow it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING and Sales

All shipping is done through eBay international shipping program. ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL, including suspected "not as describe" items. Please understand that it is too much hassle to handle international buyer protocols and returns. If you are not confident in what you are getting, please do not purchase. We do no misrepresent any item. Please ask questions.

We Ship FedEx/UPS Ground, Please make sure shipping is available in your area.

For items valued equal or larger than $250. A direct signature is required for delivery. Please use a business/commercial address or have someone available to sign the package to avoid delivery delay of possible, if not home will be ok but there may be a delay.
Please add the correct shipping address in your paypal before making the purchase. Please don't ask us to change the shipping address after the payment or leave us note for changing address. If you do need to change the shipping address, we can do refund and repay. 

Auction
Auctions are final sale. No Returns unless DOA. If it comes with Manufacture Warranty, we will make that information available for you on the listing.
All Auctions are 100% Fully Functional unless otherwise stated in the listing. Pictures are the most accurate we can get with cosmetics and we do our best to describe it. We are not liable for anything we did not put, please ask questions.

COMMUNICATION

We use software to update the tracking numbers on eBay as soon as we ship out the packages.
We strive to make sure you are satisfied with our service. In case you have any post-sales related issue, please use ebay's contact the seller, ask seller a question or email us directly. We will do our best to resolve all reasonable issues ASAP.

Returns:

If in any case there is a return, including DOA and functional issues, we reserve the right to either repair or replace the item prior to a refund. If buyer does not abide by these rules and desires a refund even though it is repairable or replaceable with an equal or better item, there will be a minimum 15% restocking fee up to 25% + shipping fees. There are no exceptions. 

If we find there is nothing wrong with the item and it was a user error rather than an actual functional issue (please make sure to download all drivers or software correctly), buyer must pay for shipping back to themselves. If the buyer wants to return the item for a refund, there will be a 25% restocking fee + Shipping fees.

**Why do we do this? We want to avoid dishonest buyers in all sense of the term. We want you to be satisfied, but we also cannot let unfair situations and motivations affect our us. Our prices are low because our sells our final except for DOA/Functional Issues. This allows us to how have the discounts we show on our products. Please Make sure you are willing to do your part**

Functional Warranty:

Functional Warranty means warranty outside Manufacture Warranty (whether or not Manufacture Warranty remains on the computer). Functional Warranty Does not include issues that occur in relation to Bios Updates, Windows Updates or Manufacture Updates. Any issues related to these are not covered by our functional warranty. We reserve the right to edit this warranty if it better serves both the buyer and and us at our discretion.

On computers with warranty from the manufacture if on the rare cases when a DOA (dead-on-arrival) happens, you need to contact us within 3 days after you receive the product. If you fail to contact us in 3 days, you need to contact Manufacture (you need to claim it is a gift from a friend) directly from all warranty issues and no refund can be issued.  No return is acceptable if you do not contact us in advance. We keep in track every serial number(SN) of each product we sent out as well as pictures of the item in all angles. In case of return, the serial number of returned product needs to match our record.  Please do not try to return something that was not shipped to you.

MANUFACTURE WARRANTY SUPERSEDES ALL WARRANTY FROM US WITH THE EXCEPTION OF DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL)
 
For all "dead on arrival" returns, we keep the right to test the returned product. If buyer misrepresents the condition of the product, we will either resend to you at your cost or impose a restocking fee of 20% of the product sales price.  Any damage due to customer misuse, missing parts, or in a condition that cannot resell due to customer tampering will result in a higher restocking fee of up to 95% of the sales price based on the condition of the product.

Fraudulent Report

We reserve the right to report fraudulent buyers to ebay/paypal, other internet fraud complaint center, or even law enforcement if necessary.
