QuadProz introduces a solution for your Vortex 250 Pro that provides a 20° protective case ramp for your GoPro Hero (4 & 5) Session actioncam and relocates your HS1177 FPV camera mounting point for better video! This allows the GoPro Hero Session ramp case to mount directly to the top plate for a more low-profile look that's more sleek and easier to maintain. Along with the lower skid plate/cam guard, it provides the ultimate in protection for your Vortex.
Simplified FPV camera mounting. Say goodbye to the stock HD Cam Plate, those frustrating isolation balls, and the fragile stock FPV camera ring. This unique design securely holds the HS1177 camera using it's normal mounting points and enables it to be adjusted to any angle between 0° and 40° to suit the pilot's preference. It's quick and easy to install, and provides outstanding front-end protection.
Is it durable? Absolutely! The lower landing skid it made from tough ABS but the FPV cam mount and GoPro Hero Case Ramp is made from tough but flexible thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) so not only does it provide great shock resistance but it's also super durable! We wouldn't say that it's indestructible, but you might!
Add our lower rear skid plate (sold separately) and you've got end-to-end protection for your investment.
Flexible. If you decide to change your HD camera solution, we offer several accessories to meet your changing needs including a standard top plate protector (for those that don't use an HD camera), 20° and 30° Xiaomi Yi ramp cases, a 30° GoPro Hero Session ramp case, 20° and 30° GoPro Hero 3/4 ramp cases, and 20° and 30° universal HD camera ramps (each sold separately) to accommodate any of your HD camera needs.
