Compared this watch with extra high-end $20000+ AP Royal Oaks watch, $7000+ Rolex Submariner, or $10000+ IWC Aquatimer, the overall build quality and finishing level of Edox Sub Diver is at or exceed their level (especially the Rolex or IWC). The equipped Swiss Made SW-200 movement is also used in other high-end Swiss Watch Manufacturer such as Omega, IWC, or Breitling, which will easily cost you more than $10000. Due to its very fine movement, winding on the watch is extremely smooth, reminding me of high end watch like JLC or PP. The equipped rubber strap is made with extremely high quality, which alone worth $250.
In my opinion, the overall finishing and craftsman level is the highest level Swiss Watch Manufacturer achieved for diver watch under $5000, so for under $500, I think this watch is a steal, and the only thing Edox lacking is the marketing.
