Payment Policy

Acceptance of order - our contract
When you place an order on our ebay shop, you will view an order confirmation page and receive an order confirmation email from ebay. This page and email confirm receipt of your order and its details, they do not form a contract to a sale at this point. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product/products, which is accepted by us at the point when we debit your card and despatch the goods to you.

Authorising orders
When you place an order on our ebay shop please make sure that your Account address is the address your credit/debit card is registered to. Your card authorisation process is checked against your Account address and if it is not correct your card will be declined and your order delayed until we receive the correct details from you. To prevent fraud, delivery to an alternative address is possible on 1st orders but delays may occur while extra security checks are carried out. We reserve the right to only send first orders to the registered payment card address.

Pricing
Try as we might, there may be occasions when a product will be mispriced on our website. Please be assured that we verify prices as part of our despatch procedure. If a product's correct price is lower than advertised on our site you will be charged the lower price. If a product's correct price is higher than advertised on our site, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before despatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. If we have your purchase in our UK warehouse it will be shipped to you the sam day. Sometime however your order may have to come from our Geman locaation and could take a few weeks. If you wish to confirm before purchasing please contct us on 01636 605105.

Returns Policy

All item can be returned within 14 day of recieving your goods, however they must be in original pakaging and not showing any signs of attempted fitting. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return postage. Once items have been returned to us we will insepct them and issue a refund.
