For East Coast customers: It may take 5 to 7 business days after we ship for you to receive your product. During periods of heavy volume or inclement weather this delivery time may be longer. Any listing showing FREE shipping is for the continental 48 states in the USA only. Returns are subject to a 15% restock fee. For our Canadian Friends: We ship via UPS Standard or U.S.P.S. to Canada. Delivery time is a minimum of one to two weeks from the shipping date. UPS Standard will generally be 1 to 2 weeks faster than U.S.P.S. delivery. However, they do charge a brokerage fee of $10.00 for purchases of $199.99 or less. This is not included in our shipping/handling charges in the above calculator. For items more expensive than $200.00 contact UPS Canada for an estimate of this brokerage fee. Regardless of which delivery service you select you will be responsible to pay any local taxes and GST in addition to the above brokerage fees.  RETURN POLICY You may return any product for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange within 14 days, provided the product has not been used by you. You must contact us for a RMA number at 509-663-5255, M-F 8:30 - 4:30 PST (Pacific Standard Time.) Due to the seasonality of our business, you must ship the product back to us within 14 days of receiving your product. Items shipped after the 14 days will be charged a 20% per week restocking fee.
