Welcome!  Here you will find a Chicco Caddy Hook On High Chair.  It is the 360 Rotating style and includes the tray.  It is in excellent used condition.  It has a light mark on the back and one of the “push pins” in the bottom is stuck inside. It does not affect the performance of the chair.  This is for  a child up to  37 lbs.
