You are buying a very very rare Cohiba Cigar ashtray. This item has previously been used and there is some staining on the bottom as you may expect from a used ashtray.  This item is in very nice condition aside from the staining. There are no chips at all on this ashtray. The ashtray is 7 1/4" x 6" x about 1 1/4"
