I have a no return policy for the simple reason that I feel strongly about the quality and condition of my clothing. Please understand that I do make mistakes! I DO NOT keep me clothing around smokers and I have NO pets. I own a store and all items are washed and/or professionally steamed prior to shipment! All clothing ships directly from my store! I appreciate any feedback, but please be fair. I work very hard to maintain a professional image, and hope that you can understand the importance of communication! If I haven't given you enough information or additional pictures are required, please just ask! Questions are encouraged to prevent an unhappy buyer! I try my hardest to ship on a daily basis. I use both UPS and USPS depending on location, size, weight, etc. Please make sure that a street address is included in case package ships ups. They do not accept P.O. boxes for delivery. Delivery normally takes 2-5 working days from the time of shipment. I am located centrally in the country so it is a rarity that it is longer! Due to package and weight I am currently shipping to 48 contiguous states only with current shipping rates. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico PLEASE contact me for shipping charges prior to placing a bid.
Please do not bid if you have no intention of purchasing! I spend a great deal of time, cost and energy putting together my wardrobes and in fairness to those who are really interested, please make sure that you are 100% sure! I have taken loads of time assembling outfits in order to showcase the flexibility of my collection. Please respect that I am cabable of human error and I am a very fair person.
