 This dress is in great preowned condition. It is a size 0 and measures 14.5" across the chest, 14" across the waist, 16" across the hips, and it is 36.5" long from shoulder to hem. The straps are adjustable. The fabric is 97% cotton and 3% spandex. All of our items come from a smoke free home.
