Paypal is our preferred method of payment. NO payment to be sent by post, ie no cheques, cash or postal orders. Items usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days upon receipt of payment. All shipping is fully insured and recorded. International signed for delivery times vary depending on destination. We will leave positive feedback only if positive feedback has been received from the buyer.

 

Returns Policy

All our items are sold "as is".  We encourage buyers to relist unwanted items themselves with use of any, or all, of the original item descriptions and photographs.  

Items can be returned under the following circumstances only: 

1. Buyers must message us with their comments relating to any problems before returning any item.  This must be within 3 days upon receipt of their item.

2. We will respond to this message to confirm the return if applicable.  If the complaint is agreed and confirmed, the buyer must return the item immediately. 

3. Items are to be returned in their original, unused state with the correct packaging.  

4. The buyer pays for all return postage - we request that Royal Mail Special Delivery is the service used (or an insured International service for items overseas) as we will not accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post.

A refund will only be issued when we receive the item.  A restocking fee may be charged equal to the cost of relisting the item.

Unfortunately due to limited stock being available at these prices, and sales activities on multiple selling platforms, it is theoretically possible that an item may be sold elsewhere before we are able to update our stock levels on eBay. We endeavour to ensure our stock levels are corresponding correctly at all times however as stated, it is not always possible. If this does happen when purchasing with us, we will inform you of a restock date when applicable and you will receive a full refund instantly.
