Returns

Im committed to selling high-quality items I hope you'll enjoy wearing but I also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to return something you've bought. 

You must Notify me of your intent to Return an item within 7 days after delivery to your address and it must be returned to me within 14 Days of me sending. SPECIAL DELIVERY ITEMS : IF YOU HAVE OPTED FOR SPECAIL DELIVERY AND WISH TO RETURN IT YOU MUST NOTIFY ME ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL AND THE HAT MUST BE SENT BACK THE VERY NEXT DAY AS I HAVE HAD PEOPLE USE THE ITEM AND THEN RETURN IT,THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE 

 Returned items must be in their original and unused condition.

 All returns must include a reason for return or the nature of any fault(s), the Ebay number and your eBay user name 

A refund will be processed within 7 days of the purchase price of me getting the item back

 The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. 

If returning a Hat or Fascinator it must be returned with the TAGS still attached other wise I will refuse to refund
