We are a small team of watchmakers who have been working in the industry for many years and now have decided to move on with the times and to ply our trade on the highly popular online platform such as eBay. All the products that we sell are thoroughly inspected inside and out and cross referenced with manufactures specifications to identify and authenticate each item. Therefore we can guarantee authenticity of all our products.  We are always here to help customers with any issues they may have with their watches regardless of whether you purchased from us yesterday or two years ago. Even if you purchased the watch from somewhere else and you need help with repairs or restorations, please get in touch.

SHIPPING/POSTAGE

Combined shipping discount is available. For small items we can combine 3 items for 1 postage cost, large items may vary. Once you have finished shopping then please send us an email for a combined invoice. International buyers are responsible for the import taxes of the destination country, if applicable. Tracking numbers are provided so please use this to track your items. Please note that postal companies, eBay and PayPal charge all of us good money for their services, so when an item is lost or damaged, they are paid to resolve these issues for us and to protect us from such rare occurrences. Instead of leaving negative feedback, open a case with eBay and let them deal with it, that's what they are paid for

RETURNS

Returns accepted within 14 days. All items must be return in original condition with all packing. If there is a fault or issue with the watch, please do not open or tamper with the watch as this will void our return policy. Please return the item without any third party intervention. We have methods in place to identify the product we send out and the product we receive back and can identify any discrepancies. We have had incidences where people have purchased a watch from us and tried to send us back their faulty watch of similar model, or people who have tried to remove parts and send back the watch, this type of behaviour will not be tolerated and we have had success in bringing such practices to justice using eBay, small claims courts and the authorities
