Important Shipping Information

1. PLANTS ARE SHIPPED BARE ROOT  If you want me to send them in pots send me a message to discuss. Extra charges will apply.

 2. Combined shipping is full price for the first plant and $1.50 per additional plant (exceptions apply for heavy plants).  See below for more on combined shipping.

 3. Delaying Shipping If you need me to hold the items for a while before shipping you must contact me BEFORE paying.  Once you pay I have to (and WILL) ship within 3 business days or eBay will lower my seller rating. 

4. Winter Shipping  If you live in a cold climate consider including a 72 hour heat pack in your order during the cold months.  I have them as an eBay listing. Just add it to your order. If you don’t see them just message me.

 We are located in the USA!  Don't buy from overseas sellers and risk your plant getting confiscated by customs or spending so long in transit the plant is damaged or dies

California residents will be charged 7.5% sales tax.

Combined shipping rates should be calculated automatically, but if it appears wrong at checkout please send me an invoice request. Here is how to request an invoice:

Put the items in your cart. Go to the cart page and look for a link on the right side of the page near where it starts listing your items. Click it, then on the next page click on "Commit to buy" but DO NOT pay.  This will then allow me to send an invoice with combined shipping the next time I log into eBay.

Clicking on "commit to buy" locks your items in so no one can buy them and also makes them visible to me. I cannot see what is in your cart prior to that. Please do this on a PC as the mobile app seems to give people problems. If the above instructions don't work please message me as eBay's invoice system acts up sometimes.
