This is a stunning antique Edwardian 18ct Gold Ring, which is Gypsy set with a gorgeous Diamond (approx' 0.2cts) set in Platinum in a star shaped setting (please study detailed close up photographs, which form an integral part of the ring's description).
This fine quality ring, which weighs a substantial 6.0 grams, has a wide curved shank that is approx' 10mm wide at the front, tapering to approx' 2.5mm wide at the back for the wearer's comfort. It is stamped '18ct' inside the shank, confirming that the ring is made from solid 18ct Gold.
Overall this fabulous ring is in great condition with only wear to the surfaces commensurate with age, as shown. It is sized as a UK Ring Size 'N', which equates to a US Ring Size '6 3/4' and as with almost all antique rings the band is slightly ovalized i.e
it is not perfectly round and it measures slightly differently on the gauge
depending on how it is positioned, however this will not affect the ring when
worn.
