UK Postage & Delivery The large majority of our Items will usually be put through our Royal Mail account 2nd Class, Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery, For any larger bulky items we may use myhermes from time to time. Please note orders placed on a Friday will usually not be processed until the following Monday except in peak times. Please note any lost items, we will report directly to Royal Mail after 10 working days from the dispatch date, providing them with the delivery address which we will ask you to confirm first.

Royal Mail will then contact you directly, you must return the simple form in a pre paid envelope which they will provide, once they have confirmed this has been received we will then issue a full refund.
