Up for sale is a modern Penn Plax Creature from the Black Lagoon Aquarium Decoration. I believe it was  produced in the mid to late 90s using the original mold. This piece was part of a warehouse find a few years back. It has never been used, but as you can see the hand has come a and needs to be reattached. These are quite fragile and most were found with claw issues. You are purchasing the item in the photos.
