All the games I sell are usually old and used and most will be of vintage age from the 1960s all the way to 2000 so will vary in condition, please check the item description and pictures to ensure you are happy with the item.
Some boxes will be in worse condition than others and parts may be missing. However, each item will be described clearly as complete or missing bits, so if you buy one that says complete it will be :-).
Payment to be made within 24 hours of purchase please unless prior arrangements have been made. I'm happy to wait a few days as long as you get in touch first :-).
I offer best offers on 99% of my listings. Please do not be offended if your offer is rejected, it's not personal just business. So offer away and see how much you can haggle from the price :-).

Postage
Many items will be free postage unless stated and posted within 1 day of the order excluding weekends.
I will make sure the game is well packaged and sealed with proof of postage always obtained.
Large board games will be bubble wrapped with parcel paper around the bubble wrap. Smaller items will be in a quality padded envelope and well sealed.
Items can be lost in the post :-(. However we will share the burden so you are never out of pocket. I will make sure I'm pro-active in chasing the package to try and get it resolved. If the item cannot be located I will happily refund the cost and use the proof of postage to claim back my loss. You are well protected with me :-).

The customer
You are my customer so I want to make sure you are one hundred percent happy with your purchase. Positive feedback motivates me but I also understand some things go wrong. As soon as you find a problem send me a message and we can start to resolve the issue :-).
